I can see that your Sure Signal has never connected to our network via your router.

Can you please check that all the correct ports are open on your router, you can find more help within our troubleshooting guide.

@Mark

the following ports are forwarded to the suresignal - 8, 50, 123, 500, 4500.

There's no loss at all from a pathping trace until the hop before the stars - 85.205.0.93 (100% loss at this ip).

time to the servers well under 200 m/s.

any further ideas?

sapper

update: the VSS is still trying to connect (power on, internet flashing). I'm picking up traffic through the router on the log: two passes logged every exactly 5 mins twice from it to an IP through port 4500: see logs below: no trace of inbound traffic, however.

Could you please check your end to see if its connecting?

@sapper145

It still hasn't connected with our servers and the light sequence you describe above indicates it's still initialising.

Please try this with a different Ethernet cable, and it would also be good to try this at another location such as a friend or family members.

DaveCD

DaveCd i will do. will that involve changing the postcode on the registration?

@sapper145

When you move the Sure Signal, the system will automatically detect that the device is in a new location and should update itself.
