The information on stock is available from the website.
Stock of the 32GB seems limited on all networks with stock available on the higher capacity variants.
If you contact Vodafone using live chat, they will be in a better position to know exactly when stock will be due.

Did you perhaps choose Click and Collect which is to order online and then go and Collect from your store of choice once advised it's ready ?

The "Your phone is in store awaiting collection" line has been reported in this forumh a number of times. Other customers please note - if you haven't selected in-store collection in the first place, do not accept this as an answer to the question of why your phone hasn't arrived.

You're definitely sound like you have more tolerance than most would in this situation. I'm astounded at what a poor experience you're having at the acquisiton stage. I'd at least expect a company to get you signed up, locked in and past the 14 day cancellation period before they start with poor customer service.
I hope they make good on their promises though.

I agree the Op has not been supported as they should have been.
Just a little note to say the Vodafone Network Satisfaction Guarantee provides 30 days Cooling Off Period.

I too hope Vodafone take ownership and resolve this so cancelling is not required.
The Tech Team here maybe able to intervene.
