'New' ipad seems to only be able to connect to one tower.

Hey, over the past several months I have only been able to connect to the vodaphone network in a verry limited area. And occasionally it will connect to a GPRS tower whilst traveling but verry infrequent.

The issue seems to have been happening for too long just for regular network matanance.
Any suggestions as to what could be causing this would be welcome.
