New phone new sim no signal

Hi there, I have just updated from 4s to 5s, and received a new sim.

Please could you force a sync as I've tried resetting, de-registering and registering, but after a few days the situation is still the same.

If you bought the device second hand, you'll need to contact the seller and ask them to arrange the de-registration themselves.
