I have had this sure signal for over a week but can not get past this error. The serial number is 40133828778.
I have run the tests results below.

Everything you've posted looks ideal for the Sure Signal device.
The traceroute looks fine, decent internet speeds and a matched IP address.
I can see you have connected, but so we can clear any errors I have resynced your device.
Please let me know how you get on, and what light sequence you see on the Sure Signal.

Hi alistairstubbs,
If this is still happening with the same light sequence it would suggest that it is faulty and stuck in the system initializing stage of the setup.
So we can look at getting this exchanged/repaired, please contact the team here.

My Replacement arrived yesterday plugged in and all worked fine. Got up this morning to a flashing red light and the first orange light on solid. Anyone able to help with this.

The serial number is 40132627007. If I cycle the power after about an hour it will be back up with a solid red light and the next two lights on white and works. After a few hours it goes back to a flashing red light and solid orange one.
