Hi, I received an email saying Vodaphone was working on my sim order. I haven't ordered a new sim so I contacted Vodaphone via chat to explain my concern, and they said it was spam and that I should report it. He gave me an email address to send it on to. I told him however that it had my name on it (just as in legitimate Vodaphone emails) and that the sender address matched the authentic Vodaphone email address but he reiterated it was spam. I suspect it's an internal Vodaphone error. I have a unique order number in the confirmation email but as you can't directly talk to customer services can someone from Vodaphone please help with this?

@MrS - We’re aware that some emails have been sent in error, but I’ve sent you a private message with instructions on how to get in touch, so we can check your account to make sure everything’s as it should be.
