New sim - sure signal not working

I just got a new sim card, and now my Phone doesn't pick up the sS signal. (The signal light on the sure signal is on. I think you need to resynch my ss so it recognises the new sim. my SS serial number is:

40114648724

Could you please resynch.

In the same situation myself. Tried a reset but that hasn't worked so will also need a resync please.

Hi bhavit and garethr,

Please both deregister your Sure Signal's and then in 24 hours time re-register them.

This should help resolve the issue.
