New user added to Sure Signal but not recognised

Hi guys,

 

I addeed a new user to my Sure Signal yesterday, but 24+ hours later, his phone (iPghone4S) is still not picking up a connection.

I've had him switch his phone in and out of flight mode several times but still no luck.

I'll be grateful if you can take a look if all is as it should be at the Vodafone end of things. My VSS serial No. is 40123211274

All is fine with my own phone.

I can see that the Sure Signal updated after you have posted.

 

Can you confirm if you are still experiencing any issues?

Sorry, I should also have added that the new user has received the acknowledgement text message, following his being added to the user list.
