Problem registering new user

Hi, I enter number etc of new user, seems to accept OK, but then nothing happens.  New phone can't use signal, no confirming txt received etc.  S/N is 40120515370.  Any obvious problems?  Cheers.

Thanks for your post.

I can see the number was successfully added to the VSS at 15:02 yesterday. Is this still an issue for you?

If so, can you confirm the type of handset the number you've added is using and whether 3G is enabled?
