Help!
I've had this phone on contract for 8 weeks, and I noted the charger was getting very very hot and then over the next few days it was very often not Fast Charging.
I have to plug and unplug the phone around 7-8 times if I'm lucky to get it to fast charge. I have ensured the USB base is plugged in real tight, but don't want to have to weaken the connection for a £600 phone on 2 year contract, cos the charger has fused.
Don't want to get fobbed off by Voda told to send the phone away as it's clearly the charger, as other half has S6 normal and that charger works perfectly. Could I just take the charger into a Voda store, tell them it's broken, show em and then come home with a new one?

You could also speak to Samsung via their Uk Online Support Page.
