No Idea Where I Stand - Messed Up Account

I ordered a 6+ 64GB at 10:15 on the 12th via the website.  Had 2 emails confirming the order.  However my status is stuck on step 2 - 'Your order has been accepted.'.  So I spoke to CS to see if it was coming tomorrow.

 

It seems that, becuase I had a (now closed) account 4 years ago the Vodafone system can't cope.  I'm not at all clear where I stand - the order is booked against my closed account I'm told - but not to worry everything will work out fine although I got no steer on when I could expect delivery.  I have no idea what this means or whether my order is actually active.  Do I just have to wait or is there something I can do?

They cannot really help you with this type account issue, they will PM you. Your best bet is to either use the Live Chat or call 191.
