iPhone 6 No Service

I have put my sim in my phone but I have no service?

There is good coverage in my area and was wondering if i have to activate it or something? please let me know

If it is a new sim it needs activation, you can call 191 or the quickest way is to go into a Vofafone store and ask them to activate it for you.

I would imagine that with all the new sims needing activation that may take a bit longer than usual.

Only other suggestion is going under "Support" on the Vodafone website, choosing "SIM Swap" and filling in the online form to have SIM activated.
