No Service since Friday

Any advice on how to get decent Tech service from Vodafone? Had no service since Friday, been advised it was a router issue. Changed that (Brand new VF unit) still no joy, hard resets, left off line over night etc.

Amazingly Vodafone have no idea as we speak!

 

How can I get this resolved

Are any of your neighbours experiencing any issues with their broadband ?

Some people decide to use their own 3rd party router as they do not consider the one supplied adequate for their needs. 

Do you hook up via Ethernet cable or WiFi? 

Can I assume your gettng no download or uploa  speeds ?

If it is at their side then persevering with the Broadband Team via 

08080 034 515 for Home Broadband support (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week is the best avenue. 

The Vodafone Social Media Team here who read all posts might be able to help too.
