No email after upgrade

Didn't receive email after my upgrade on Saturday went on to chat and told them they told me I will receive email before midnight on Tuesday and still haven't received anything checked spam and junk nothing email always signed in and still nothing this is very poor service of Vodafone everyone after upgrade should get email confirmation of plan etc prices . Nothing I am fed up with Vodafone Fed up trying to resolve isssues when they don't even know how to fix they can't do there jobs properly. Keep getting told different things all I want is my email confirmation is that very hard

Hi.

 

They should be arranging for your email update from Monday which is the next available work day. 

So it should be through soon. 

You could call Customer Services on 191 and they'll be able to.clarify everything and perhaps forward the documentation your needing.

I upgraded recently.  The email came through about 4 days after the contract start date.  It's also worth keeping an eye on your spam folder in case it ends up there.

When you have been in touch with Vodafone since the upgrade, have they confirmed that it has all gone through? Or has your package changed on the MyVodafone app/online account?

 

I only ask as when I upgraded my account last it too multiple attempts to get the upgrade to actually go through the system completely which delayed me getting any confirmation coming through.

It showing my new plan on the Vodafone website and have received the phone just not email to confirm my new plan etc
