Post Title: 'First half of post code - Area' e.g. TN31 – Iden, East Sussex
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? - Yes. Only happens at/in my home.
If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? - 200 yards outside and across the road
2) What is the full postcode (TN31 7PT) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? - I don't have a different phone to try it in.
iphone on 02 works here as does one that's roaming from Belgium. Problem is Vodafone Sure Signal.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? - No Signal on the phone.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? - All! No Signal, occasionally 1 bar will come in for 2 seconds then go. Change network setting to select another network - 02-UK, EE and 3 UK are the only options. Vodafone doesn't even show up!!
6) When did you first notice this issue? - yesterday afternoon. Phone has been unusable since then.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent. No change in the last 18 hours.
