I got a replacement sim for my phone as I lost it, so I got another phone (previously on EE but was unlocked) and a replacement sim, however all it says is no service in the top right wherever I go. Do you know how I can fix this?

When you reported your sim lost so Vodafone could send out a new replacement one it's possible that they placed an account Bar to stop any unauthorised use @Judesxh
It's worth calling customer service or using Live Chat to see if this is the case and have the bar lifted and the new SIM card activated if required.
It's also possible the iPhone isn't truly unlocked to All Networks.
Can you try your SIM card in another phone ?
