Hi, I upgraded to iphone 6 this evening. I've gone through the steps of sim swap but my new phone has no service and my old one does. I have an iPad linked to my mobile number.
I have been switching on and off for over an hour without any luck.
Last time I upgraded the service was restored immediately. Is there anywhere I can check if there's a problem?
Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to be carrying two phones around tomorrow as I have to use it for work. Thanks
