No signal and no contact from Vodafone ...day 28 now what do you have to do to get customer services

Having been trying to get customer services to talk to me..made so many calls I've avtually used all my credit..28days now it's become a bit of a joke I'm sure..i get a response I respond then that's it I hear nothing..go to vodafone shop they can't do anything as have no sure signal boxes..please please please someone do something..

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
