Not getting all text on my new Nokia 5

Hi. For some reason I'm not getting all text messages. Anyone else having this problem?

Is this from a specific contact @Rocketfella

Or maybe texts that are converting to mms messages. If so you’ll need Mobile Data turned On. 

Or if a person has just ported to Vodafone then sometimes it’s still settling.

Not sending pics just text so wouldn't think they would be MMS its crazy some text are just going missing even when I send them from my other number.

Any idea on a fix????

@Rocketfella - This is strange! I’ve just searched for this on the internet and it shows some other users have faced this to.

A recommendation was to check if your phone is on the latest software.

If this doesn’t fix it, please test your SIM in another phone. If all of the texts are then received, please see our repair process.
