for 2 months now i have been unable to receive incoming calls, i can make calls, send and receive texts, but if anyone tries to call me it says "the number you have dialed has not been recognised" i have been given a new sim which is registered and working for everything but incoming calls.im at my wits end all trouble shooting has failed to resolve the issue..

Is this ALL incoming calls for both mobiles and landlines and if mobiles is it from one particular network or all.
Have you ported from another network to Vodafone?
Is this happening everywhere you go ?
Has Vodafone Customer Services confirmed there are No issue with your account.
You could ask them to reset it.

yes its all calls , i have always been a vodafone customer so not a porting issue as far as they can see ,there are no blocks on the account upgraded my phone early december andthe phone works fine with my husbands sim in it so not the device .on live chat last night asked me to phone 191 and theguy was useless either didn't listen or didn't understad and told me to go to a store to get them to look into it ,which would be fine if the nearest one wasn't a 220mile round trip.. what would reseting do ?

A store wouldn't be in a position to help in this case.
Resetting your Vodafone account is just as it sounds. It may help dislodge what's happening if they agree to fully reset it.
