Not getting what I'm paying for....

Hi, just joined Vodafone on a black Friday deal. Supposed to be getting 6gb data per month and only receiving 1gb. Also voicemail not working at all. Been to online support and in store and nothing has been resolved. Anyone else had these problems and can help?

Hi,

Yes there has been a few threads on this. 

When vodafone offer something on top of the normal tariff then the normal tariff allowances will always show at the top and the extra data should show at the bottom.
