Not receiving calls

Hi, I've purchased a sim card on amazon.it but I live in Italy and I'm everytime in roaming.

I can receive only text from vodafone, but not from my friends.

This problem stay on the calls too.

I can't call the client service because I can't speak english.

Can anybody say me how to I can to resolve this problem?

How I can know if the sim is actived?

Hi. The sim needs to be used in the UK to activate it.

As @63johnw says it should have been activated in the uk. 

And any any roaming bars lifted via your Myvodafone. 

You could try Live Chat via the link in my signature below to see if they can try and activate it and lift any roaming bars. 

If if you can't get through because live chat is primarily for use in the uk try...

A good tip if abroad is : If possible download the Skype app and add perhaps £3.99 credit to call from that.
The number that is suggested to use is (U.K) 0333 304 0191.

Or send the Vodafone Uk sim to someone you know in the uk and they activate it and send it back to you.
