After not receiving a number of expected calls, I have found that my mobile is not receiving any calls from landlines, although calls from mobiles are received without any problems.
Can anyone shed any light on how I can sort this out?

Is it all Landline numbers ?
I ask because it maybe worth checking any call blocking facilities in your mobile phone just in case anything number has been accidently added to it. Handset dependant.
If not then if this was my situation I'd call customer service on 191 or use Live chat to have the account checked.

What happens when you try and call a landline number from your phone?
The first thing to try is putting your SIM into an alternative phone and try and call the number from a landline. You may find a replacement SIM solves the issue.
If you still have issues, it may be an issue with the number routing and this will be something Vodafone will need to look into.

Thank you both for your speedy replies.
From what I can tell, it is all landlines that I cannot receive. I have been expecting calls from various companies and not received any of them (even though they have tried). I have asked friends and family members to try my mobile and they have informed me that they don't hear any rings and after a while it goes through to the answerphone. If someone leaves a message, then I'm informed that I have one.
I can call any number using my mobile without any issues.
I have checked my settings and there are no call barring options active.
Unfortunately I'm unable to try my SIM in another phone as I don't know anyone who is with Vodafone or has an unlocked phone.
It seems that my next point of call will be contacting Vodafone directly which I will do tomorrow.

You're welcome.
A Vodafone store may let you use an in house mobile phone to test and then ring you from their shop phone.
Alternatively hopefully customer services can help.

The best way forward is to contact our technical team on 191 from your Vodafone mobile and we will check into this for you.
