Not receiving text messages

I've upgraded to an iPhone 6 and everything is working except receiving texts. I can send them ok. I've rebooted the phone 3 times as suggested by shop when I tried to get help there. Why can't I receive texts?

Try removing sim, wipe and reinsert.

Settings, General , Reset , Reset Network Settings.
