Not recieving texts

Ive recently switched from an iphone to a samsung and im having trouble receiving texts from one person. Ive checked and they're not in my spam/blocked list. If I put my sim back in the iPhone I recieve they're texts fine. I've reset to factory settings but still doesn't work.

You're welcome and I'm sorry that didn't help. 

Can you double check both the settings in your new phone and any text blocking facilities to ensure the number isn't listed. 

Normally I'd also suggest a Sim Swap but as you say all is fine when you swap SIM cards around so by process of elimination it must be the phone in some way.
