Hi Getafix.
I assume that you have done a hard reset of the device after upgrading and cleared the cache to?
Also, do you have any third party battery monitoring apps installed? GSAM is a pretty good one as it will show you what apps are using what % of your battery and also what temperature your battery is at.
It could potentially be a faulty battery, but I haven't heard of any on the Note 4 yet. Again, a hard reset should help to narrow this down. Also, it may be worth taking out your battery checking to see if it is bulging slightly - that is a good indicator of the battery being faulty.
Your nearest Samsung Repair Centre is in Teddington and I have used them before and found them to be really quick and helpful.

Hard Reset was done after Upgrade, with all apps deleted and reinstalled only one that I use.

Thanks for that, will try them this week as definitely issue with the phone as today battery died on me when I needed it for my boarding card at the Gate. Luckily I had my Nexus Tablet or I would have missed the flight.
