I just added a second phone number to my Sure Signal, now when I dial either of my phones they are unavailable and go straight to answer service. The Sure Signal device is on and working, both phones have good signals but I cannot get through to either of them even from my land line. What's happening here? What can I do to correct this?

Are they ok when they’re not within the Sure Signal range (away from home)?
If you’ve got 4G switched on in your phone settings, please switch this to 3G.

I should have said - it turned out that both phones had to be re-entered into the system at Vodaphpone's end. This has now been done and both are working fine.
