Your best bet is to use Live Chat, they will be able to confirm if / when the vouchers were dispatched to you and if necessary issue replacements.

The previous Rewards section of the website included a 'history' section, but I can't see that there is one any longer. If you have a note of your order number, or the date on which you placed the order, that might speed matters up a bit when you talk to the Live Chat team, but they should be able to see the history in any case.
