Out of Bundle charges

How can I find out what these charges are?? I have a Monthly Bundle of £12.80, 750 MB, 250 mins phone, free text, that suites me fine, but I have just found that I have £4,38 out of bundle charge on the phone calls,

how can I find out what these are and what 'type' of calls are included in my 'bundle'

How much does it cost for calls, texts and data?

The first thing to do is to go through your itemised charges on your bill, this will give you a breakdown of the out of bundle charges and something to go on when contacting Customer Services should the charges be incorrect.

If you have received your bill for this month, you need to go through all the itemised charges.  The out of bundle charges will be listed.  If you have not received your latest bill and are looking at the unbilled charges, you need to wait until it is ready to be viewed online.

Have found my .out going' calls, but how can you tell what are charged for and what's not,

@widgetwilk39 - Once you’ve loaded the itemised calls, if there are any call charges applicable, you’ll see them on the same row as the call.
