PAYG Broadband - Issues Topping Up

Hi,

I have very recently (around 15 minutes ago) attempted to top up my PAYG service, hoping to increase my data allowance as it was dropping low.

I have read all the FAQs and searched google for instructions on how to increase the data allowance via online top up.

So I followed the procedures on the FAQ on the main website and topped up 10 pounds worth of "data".

Instead, I recieved calling credit for the phone no. that is ONLY used for mobile broadband. However, the option to top up data is not even present on the website.

I was wondering if there was a way to convert calling credit into data allowance, or a method which directly tops up the data allowance of the "dongle" online. Since at the moment the 10 pounds worth of credit is an utter waste of money.

I'm a little confused :wacko:. Do you have a PAYG mobile number and a PAYG broadband dongle that you're trying to top-up? You should be able to simply select the number you wish to top up online through My Account. So that I can assist you further I need to have a closer look at your account. I have sent you an email if you can reply back, I'll be able to look in to this :).
