1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
its happend in all areas since saturday.
i cant use my phone for any texts or calls

it says call failed

no idea, my phone is 4G?

will i be compensated on my bill for the days my phones been out of use?

Your local masts are showing as ok but there was an issue with surrounding masts that say should have been completed by the 28th. However it can take a few days for masts to fully settle.
This is showing "We've fixed an issue in this area recently. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - things should have been back to normal since 6.32pm 28 Jun 2017"
However you mention it's happening in all areas and in other phones which leads me to think it maybe your sim card that needs sim swapping at a Vodafone High street Store or your accou t is at issue. Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can check that.
Vodafone do have a process to provide reimbursement if it is a case of 100% being their network at fault.

apprently my friend has had the same problem also, so i assume its vodafone? 😕
