Personal hotspot settings on iphone5

How do I enter the settings for a personal hotspot on the iPhone 5. Vodafone a help leads me to a broken link.

Normally all you have to do is go to Settings > personal hotspot and turn it on.  There are typically no other settings that you have enter.  What settings are you trying to enter?

Mine does not have a switch, instead it says "set up personal hotspot" this sends me to vodafone website where it doesnt tell me how to do it.
