My Samsung Galaxy S5 is showing 5 stripes, must be coming from sure signal 3 but I am getting message Selected Network (Vodafone UK) Unavailable. Sure signal is showing all the right lights and the phone is registered, but cannot make calls
All was working fine 'till I added a second, new phone to the sure signal.
Have tried unregistrering and re-registering the Sure Signal a few hours ago.
Looks like the second phone is working fine.

After three days of mucking about its working again:
1) Deregistered Sure signal
2) Factory Reset - 30 seconds of holding reset button.
3) Waited for sure signal to restart and lights to show as normal.
4) Re registered sure signal
5) Added 2nd user, as a user.
Appears to be working.
When it works sure signal is great, but it is a pain in the butt.

Thank you for your standard suggestion, but if you read my update you will see that I fixed the problem myself by doing a factory reset, deleting the sure signal and setting it up again from scratch.
The problem - as usual - was nothing to do with my internet speed etc as the thing was working for months untill I added a second phone.
When it works the Sure Signal is great but it takes very little to screw it up completely.
