Hi,
My Sure Signal won't connect to my phone anymore, but is working correctly because it has connected to my partners phone and he has full signal.
The account has been set up under my phone number and has worked fine previously ?!
Any help is much appreciated!

Hi
Can you try turning Off 4g in the phones Network Settings to force it onto 3g which is the type of connection signal the SS pushes out.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

Thank you, I have done this and selected 3G, but still nothing?!
We live in an area of no signal or real data, which is why we have the SS. It was working fine for weeks but suddenly it's like my phone isn't picking it up?!
