Picture messaging not working

I got an iphone 4s a couple of weeks ago from your online store, but I noticed today that I am unable to send or receive picture messages.

I have tried doing the internet and picture message settings form as advised by the iphone FAQs at the top of the page but it doesn't appear to be working (I am connected to wifi but nothing has been sent through).

Can anyone help with this

Turned mobile data on and I managed to send/receive picture messages. Turned mobile data off and it stopped working again. I assume mobile data needs to be turned on to receive/send picture messages?

Mobile data is needed to send and receive MMS. I'm glad you managed to get this sorted before we landed.
