Everything looks ok with your traceroute.
Please test the Sure Signal at a different location, maybe around a friend’s house.
This will enable us to see if the issue lies with the Sure Signal or your internet set up

I find it hard to believe that it'd be an issue with my internet setup since this comes and goes and SureSignal works whenever it wants to, looks like much more of any issue synching with the Vodafone servers.

@renatocr - Testing this at a different location will let us know if the issue lies with the Sure Signal, or your internet connection.
As this is intermittent, you’ll need to leave this connected for a while, to test fully.

Ok, got the same thing... What's the next step after testing in a different location?

@renatocr - It sounds like the Sure Signal may be faulty.
I’ve sent you a private message with instructions on how to get in touch, so we can look into this further.

Hi,
I have the same issue as above.
I can no longer connect to the Sure Signal.
It has Powered Red light and Flashing Internet light most of the time.
It occassionally comes up with Solid White Internet Light and Service light but this generally only lasts for a few minutes before it goes back to flashing internet light.
I have changed cables, changed location, tried a 10 second reset and a longer reset.
No change to the issues.
Without the SureSignal I have no mobile reception at home and am currently working at home some days. Please advise what I can try. I can't get though on phone or live chat services.
Thanks,
Dan
