Suresignal 1 has correct lights but no 3G signal

HiToday my sure signal one has stopped working. It has LEDs 1,2 and 4 on but I get no 3G coverage on any phones. The same ones I used yesterday. Sure signal serial number is 21196754697. Please can you check and see what has happened.

Same as many others here, my VSS V1 has no problems connecting to service (3 LEDs OK) but phones no longer register with it, so it likely needs an update pushed to it. S/N is 21196834739 Why does this not go out automatically??
