just to say web site and web chat are shocking, around in circles trying to register new sure signal box, wrong number for tech team, on land line, web site sends you to a page that cannot be found, and this problem has been ongoing for months according to other peoples comments, i have a sure signal box for a reason (no signal) and they want to text a code that only lasts 20mins, tired and fed up with big corporations

How do I register and set up my Sure Signal? 

We'll be sending you a text with a security code, so make sure you're in an area with signal. You don't have to be at home to register your box, just make sure you've got your device serial number, found on the back of the Sure Signal.
