SURE SIGNAL: register other users

Hi,

I have a Sure Signal v2.

It works well for me but when I try and register another number I get the message:

Sorry – there seems to be a problem.

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004

Any ideas? I have tried leaving the name blank or adding 44 as a prefix but the form does not accept this.

Can you confirm that the number you're trying to add is using the Vodafone network?
