Hi -
Please can you help me. My SS3 has a flashing red light and 2 solid orange lights. We have had the SS for a number of months with no issues until now

Please try the Sure Signal on a different internet connection, for example a friend or family members.
If after an hour, it’s still unable to register please let us know.

unfortunately we do not have anybody close enough for this to a feasible option.
Are there any alternatives?

We do ideally need you to test it in a different location, as this will determine if the issue lies with the Sure Signal or your internet connection.
Sometimes changing the Ethernet cable can help, please try this.

The problem has resolved itself and the Sure Signal is now working......
