Our Sure Signal 3 was working but getting very hot so we unplugged it when we went away for the weekend. Upon switching it back on, we now have a flashing red light and one solid orange light (the end one). The two middle icons are not lit up at all. We have tried resetting it but still get the same light settings.
Other community threads have been of no help.

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
