Hello Vodafone, hopefully you can help.

Issue

I have has the SS for a few months now and thought it a wonderful solution. Unfortunately it is not reliable enough and continually kicks me off calls. I have however tried to trouble shoot a number of solutions from this forum, uncluding changing cables etc.

However it is now in a situation that is doesn't work at all.

1) Power light solid,  internet light flashing. (Trying to Registering)
2) Power light solid no other lights

Needless to say is not working.

I seamed to have got it to connect but not sure if just resetting (20 seconds reset) or the changes I made to port forwarding. I suspect it was just the reset as it was connecting without the port forwarding earlier.

I have BT hub 3, I created a port forwarding profile on the smart hub for ports 8-4500...

Anyway it is has managed to connect now and  stayed stable for the last few hours, lets see if it is anymore consistent, one 20 minute phone call with it dropping and rebooting.

Woohoo.
