I have a Blackberry on Pay as you Go which I pay £5 per month for Internet Service, this includes 100MB of data. Last month I got a message saying that I only had 5MB of data left and after this I would be charged extra. So I bought a 500MB top up thinking this would be plenty. Everything seemed fine until yesterday when I got another message saying I only had 5MB of data left and then I would be charged. I checked my account and it's saying that I've only used 96.4MB of data out of 600MB. I've used 1.09MB out of the 500MB Data pack and 95.3MB out of my Blackberry Internet Service. Why will I be charged for internet usage when I still have so much left on the 500mb data pack?

This is probably an automated reminder which wouldnt be taking into account any bolt on added.
This should kick in when the other allowance is exhausted.
If you contact Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat they'll clarify.
