Hi all, Both husband and I upgraded to iPhone 5s this week. Both having problems with voicemail - call 121 and call failed error pops up. We have tried 121, 1210 & 1211 in all orders but nothing seems to work! Help please 🙂 Thanks, Suzi
If the short codes are not working them Id suggest speaking to Live Chat via the 'Contact us ' link at the foot of the forum page or dial 191 to speak to them to have your account checked over.
