i have a r215 signed up sunday worked fine out of the box last night couldnt get anything to connect now getting a message 'network disabled becuase internet connection is slow' anyone got an idea what is going on and how i can resolve it please?

so after nearly an hour on the phone tonight to be told there was a block put on it and they had no idea why i fiannly managed to get connected to my account to find that in less than 24 hours i managed to use up my 8g of data plus 149.75 of other charges please tell me this is some kind of joke?

We're unable to see why it was used but we can check what data has been used as this seems rather high.

i have to say i can't fault the team in our local shop we went in tonight and they spent an hour sorting the problem, the contract has been cancelled and the £169 (went up by £20 overnight) wiped from the account. they really couldnt explain what had happened although it seems the initial bill was 'pro-rata' so the 8g promised for the month was actually 1 days worth and while they had no explaination for how it had gone up by so much so quickly the fact that the R215 unit was switched off last night and had added over 900mb of data turned off it has been sent back to be analysed for faults

account was cancelled at 5.30pm 2 emails recieved at 5.44pm telling me i have removed data spending limit and content control i cant access the my account because its cancelled and there is no information to display and the live chat you suggest simply isnt there
