1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
It happens at my home address. Only recently had a problem in past week. There is a poor or no signal in Storrington, has always been better at my home address.
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes. Any visitor to the property on Vodaphone has the same problem.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
When making outgoing calls - you get three beeps, then the message 'call failed' on the screen.
People making incoming calls to the address, get the same issue.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All. We only generally get 3G.
6) When did you first notice this issue?
7 days ago.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

How long will it take for the issue to be resolved? We've been without a signal for over a week already.

Hi. I had a text message saying the problem had been resolved, and it was fine for about a week.
Today however, the problem has returned. Can't make outgoing calls despite showing full signal on my phone.
Is this still being worked on?

@fireflycreative One of your local serving sites (11041) is currently experiencing a fault. This is being looked into under INC3088198.
From our network status checker:

I've just posted a thread for the same area, Storrington. The signal issue is still happening but nothing is showing on the network status... Whatever was done to fix the last issue has caused another one somewhere else, as I have been experiencing issues for the last 10 days or so (and so have several people I know who use Vodafone in the village).

@fireflycreative It can sometimes take a few days after work has been completed for your mast to fully settle.
Please let us know if you've seen any improvement in the past couple of days.
