Hi turkishtiger,

I can appreciate this must be rather frustrating, no-one wants an internet connection that doesn't work properly so I'm eager to help you out :).

Error 619 can mean any one of a number of different things, luckily there's many potential fixes as well. With the PAYG dongle the most common cause for this error code is that the Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) software has been set to connect using Contract settings, this can be changed by going to Settings > Account Type > Prepay.

If this is already set then it could be that the modem driver has been duplicated and is causing confusion with the VMC software, this can be rectified as follows:

-Close VMC by going to File > Close
-Press Start > Control Panel
-Double Click Phone and Modem Options
-If it asks for location information then fill this in
-Press the modems tab
-Remove any Huwaei modems listed
-Click add and let windows automatically find the modem
-Once the modem driver is back in place then close all windows and re-load VMC
-Try connecting again.

Let me know how you get on with that :).
