Vodafone Mobile Broadband - Getting 'The Page Cannot Be Displayed' Message When Using Internet Explorer

forgive me if this has been posted before.i'm new to computers/netbooks and i need advice.i have an advent milano notebook.i have registered and topped up ak3565 dongle.mobile connection isvery good but when i click on internet explore page cannot be displayed comes up.

It sounds like this is due to there being to little credit on your account, you say you have topped up, I want to double check this has gone through correctly.
