When will the new system be sorted out. I can now access my account but I can't see previous bills or usage. My sure signals were deleted and I have had to re-register one of the users. They still can't connect to the sure signal after 1 week.
There is no way to email now and trying to phone is a joke - I would like to know how long you are supposed to wait for live chat - it always says it's not available

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I had already been through the troubleshooting.   It is amazing that something works for two years and then suddenly stops working when Vodafone changes its systems.  Funnily enough it has started working again now .....
