Apparently there is an approved list of 3rd party devices. If your equipment is not on the list you will not get the PPPoE details. They are emailing me the list as the Billion Bipac 8800AXL I had is not Openreach approved.

Is anyone else struggling to open up the attachment?

Thanks - that's useful. Looks to be the same list as on the Uno website.
Anyone thinking of purchasing the rack-mountable cisco kit? 😉

Its good to see that people are once again able to get their PPPoE and password.
I have been using a Netgear D7000 for about 12 months and it is the only reason I am still with Vodafone,

Hi! Yes it had crossed my mind to do that. I was leaving a couple of days grace before going back and asking again with an "approved" router. I did have a Billion Bipac 8800AXL but sold it when I got the VF fibre and router. wish I hadn't now so will get another and use that I think.
Someone else has just pointed out that their own router is not Openreach approved equipment either. A very good point!
EE advise me that VF traffic manage the data as well so obviously at peak times it is a lot slower than 34mbs I am getting and paying for 76mbs.
